seasonal addresses

I would like to see the Preferred Address toggle on and off based on the Seasonal Address To and From dates. For example, if a constituent's Seasonal Address is set to change on June 1st, then on June 1st in RE, their preferred address could switch to the new seasonal address.

    I do NOT I want this to happen. I know this happens in some other database but I have statistical analysis reasons why I want to be able to pull their non-seasonal preferred address. I may vote for this if this were simply for viewing on Bio 1 but if when I want to export preferred address (their non snowbird address) I need that address for analysis. Address processing works fine for getting the proper address at the right time and see no reason to change how preferred address works.
