If records, queries, batches, reports or exports are deleted, they could go into Recycle Bin and if any of them are deleted by accident, they could be retrieved. This would help to retrieve all data what was deleted by accident.

I know that we can do Backups, but if there's a lot of work done in between, you can't afford to loose that information.
