Allow the adding of multiple split gifts to the same fund/campaign/appeal. Currently we use this for amendments & Gift Aid where only the partial amount of the gift is eligible for Gift Aid. Currently you can do this if you add a dummy package (or appeal/fund/campaign) so the record thinks it's 'unique'.
