Allow mail merge to calculate a donation given and drop in the amount of meals that donation will provide.

When a donor gives to our organization we let the donor know how many meals that gift has provided. If the mail merge function to calculate that amount for us and drop it into the letter, it would save us so much time and be a great way to show our donors the impact their dollars have.

    We could utilize that function also for how many youth their gift sponsors.

    This can be accomplished within Word by including a calculation that divides the gift amount by the cost per meal. See for details: http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/90488
