Dashboard - Make all types of queries available for dashboards, especially constituent queries.

The various categories of dashboards allows using most types of records and related queries except Constituent. We should be able to take any query and show it in a dashboard.

    You can get a constituent query in a dashboard, you just have to make a "solicitor" dashboard.
