In the optional Membership module, there is a field on the membership tab section that shows the total amount paid for the current membership transaction. This field is a summary field that adds the total amount of gift values linked to the current membership transaction and provides the user a surface-level view of gift value funding the current membership.

This field is not available for export at present. As a result, you cannot accurately export the gift value funding the membership. Other fields available for export can be misleading to users in the absence of this field. "Total gift amount applied to current membership" will add cash, matching gift pledge, and matching gift pay-cash; resulting in a skewed total (if it excluded the pledge value, I'd be set). "Total amount applied to memberships" doesn't produce consistent results, because sometimes gift values are applied across multiple memberships.

Please consider adding this field as an export output option. I'd like to see it added at least in the constituent, membership, and gift queries. Thanks!
