It's great that Raiser's Edge and Outlook sync, but it's difficult to review a donors notes when they are spread between actions and notes. It would be great if when you sync correspondence from a donor to their record that it goes to the notes page so you can get a comprehensive account of interactions. It makes it difficult to flip back and forth and I feel that the actions are more appropriately used as a "to do" list and next steps that I need to take.
