Donor Acknowledgement Letters - have the Bank Account number masked
When confirming a new Direct Debit (UK) with the donor, the Donor Acknowledgement Letter prints the Bank Account number unmasked. This is masked in Export, and it would be helpful to have it masked here as well.
It is hugely disappointing that it is not already an option - we are moving to Paperless Direct Debit and under BACS rules, contained within setion 16.3 of The Service User’s Guide and Rules to the Direct Debit Scheme, confirmation letters must include the payer’s sort code, account number and account name, and for security reasons, the first four digits of the account number should be masked.
