Automatically have the Miscellaneous record

Automatically have the Miscellaneous record options unmarked when giving users View-Only rights

When marking a group to have View Only rights for gifts, all of the Miscellaneous Gift options should be unmarked as well. This will make sure that users are unable to change important fields on a gift record.
