Every month while committing the credit card EFT recurring batch, I must print the Batch Exception Report, in order to contact our constituents to update their credit card information. This report is usually 10 pages long. I currently have to add the constituent ID, which takes quite a bit of time, especially when there are two constituents with the same name. Adding the constituent ID to the report, will also help ensure accuracy when contacting constituents.
