Event module matching constituents with new registrants

When the guest records are pulled through, and we then convert them to constituent (which we do to all guest records), my colleague who completes this process is reporting that if that guest already has a RE constituent record, she is unable to select it, (as there is no button for USE THIS RECORD) so she has to create them as a new person on RE and then merge the old and the new record.

Please enable this to happen.

    Sounds like she is not using the binoculars to search but instead is doing something else. Have you checked with support before you created this suggestion to change the product. I think that this is more user error than product lacking capabilities.
