I would really like to be able to assign a priority level for Constituent Codes for all records. For example in Configuration, if your Constituency Code table has Alumni, Former Student, Friend, etc. we could (in the Constituency Code Table) define Alumni as 1st Priority, Friend as 2nd Priority, etc. regardless of how they are listed in the constituent's individual record on Bio2.

I have seen constituency codes on Bio2 get shuffled around incorrectly, which alters how that record will show up in queries/exports/reports. If the priority was defined in the table itself rather than the order listed on the individual's Bio2 tab, it would be much more efficient for us. I hope this makes sense! :-)

I agree. I have the same situation. Only the top Cons Code on Bio 2 gets output in a Gift Query but I would like to be able to dictate which one appears at the top on Bio2. Even if it could sort/prioritize them alpahbetically it would allow me to assign priority by prefixing the highest priority with the number 1. then prefix the second highest priority with number 2 etc.

I completely agree. If there were an option within Business Rules to force constituency codes on the Bio2 tab to adhere to the order/hierarchy within the code table, then clients would be able to decide whether or not they wish to standardize a constituency order for their institution.

hadn't thought of it, but this is a great idea!
