RE should be compatible with Adobe Acrobat versions higher than version 9

RE doesn't appear to be compatible with Adobe Acrobat versions that are higher than version 9. Version 9 was released in 2008 -6 years ago- and there have been two more versions since then.

I can't save PDF docs into the media tab of RE records because I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI, and RE isn't compatible with that version.

    I can open a saved document on the media tab with Adobe Acrobat Professional X, but only if I don't already have a pdf minimized (the program is already open).  This is annoying.  What do people do (just keep Adobe IX?)

    Yes! I have 2 years of documents that I'm going to have to resave as images and reupload - I guess. None of my gift officers can see anything as they use NXT exclusively, and I didn't discover this issue until today!
