Allow Dashboards to use GL Post Date rather than Gift Date.

With the advent of Peer to Peer Fundraising it seems that Dashboards are lagging behind.

We import from various platforms and leave the make the gift date = the date that transaction occurred. However we set the GL Post Date = The date we physically received the money from the Peer to Peer Platform.

So in situations where the Gift Date = Last Month but the GL Post Date = This Month it causes confusion for staff when viewing dashboards.

    Agreed.  Also some gifts require back-dating (gift date) to, for example, a previous fiscal year (e.g. certain estate type gifts) to remain in compliance with CRA--so dashboards wouldn't be able to pick up this revenue in the current year because there is not option to use GL Post date.
