Sponsors receive a set list of benefits for various levels of sponsorship for exhibits and programs. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to link to and "load [benefits] from" a Sponsorship when entering a gift, so that the tax deductible portion automoatically loads, as it does for gifts linked to membership. The ideal place for this would probably be somewhere on the Prospect tab, which we use heavily. Right now, we are manually loading to the constituent record (Media tab) the Word document showing the benefits promised to a sponsor, and when they give, we have to manually add the many benefits one-by-one to the gift record... not at all efficient.
