Fix the bug with Query Options, Record Processing, "Select from query:" in 7.93

For those of us who have built queues and other standardized processes us the Query Options, Record Processing, "Select from query:, this bug is a problem. Had I know about it before upgrading to 7.93, I would have waited to upgrade. Please make it a priority to fix this bug in the next patch.

Error: General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]ORDER BY items must appear in the select list if SELECT DISTINCT is specified. Native error:145 when merging queries, using a query in a report

    This has been fixed in the latest patch and the issue resolved -- just in time for year-end. Thanks for sending this patch out early Blackbaud.
