There should be a Language field (out-of-the-box) to track Constituents language

We live in a multi-lingual world - there should be a field on Bio 1 to indicate the language of the constituent

Like many orgs we have re-purposed the "ethnicity" field on Bio 2 tab for language but we integrate with LO and this field does not populate the corresponding language field in LO!!
