I assume you mean bank account number as the sort code and branch details can be exported. Can you help us with the "why" of this request so that it is in this idea? i.e. what will you use the account number for after exporting?

We need this for direct debit files. The file format required by our bank is not set up in RE so we need to create it using Export. If a person has multiple bank accounts we need to get the right one for the particular gift being processed. Some donors have multiple gifts being processed on different days, from different bank accounts. Our work around is exporting an bank account attribute that says what recurring gift it is used for.

We need to be able to see which bank account is associated with a specific direct debit when placing donors into our uplift calling as our donors sometimes question which bank account we are taking their direct debit from and so this information needs to be supplied along with the gift information to our telemarketing agencies so that they have everything to hand. Currently we cannot not accurately do this, because although we can export the bank account details and also the named bank account on the gift if our donor has multiple accounts at the same bank/branch we would not know for sure which one it is. Being able to export the bank which the DD is claiming from would solve this 100% for us.
