Allow supervisors to view all user dashboards.

Supervisors should have rights to view everything that users are creating in the Raiser's Edge, including dashboards. Dashboards becomes a problem when users set them up wrongly but do not know they have done so.

    Yes! Also - I'm unable to share a dashboard I've created with the other supervisor users in my organization. There's no option to do this. Allowing supervisors to view all dashboards would solve this problem.
