With the new version of RE, and all phone numbers in one place, it would be helpful if we could have the ability to automatically set the "show inactive phones and emails" button to show all phone numbers. Right now it defaults to unchecked, and having the ability to automatically check it would be very helpful to our organization.

Just make it a sticky checkbox. However you set it last, is how it opens next.
It would be helpful to be able to apply it at a user level as a user option, not just an organization level. Sometimes when doing phone/email research you need to turn it on for every record and other times it is not necessary to see all the inactive phones/emails.
