Show approved/rejected in EFT report

In the "Create Transmission File - Credit Card Report," have it show whether the credit card was approved or rejected.

      Definite 3 votes. Made assumption that rejected cards wouldn't appear in that report. Found out after committing batch that one did not process.

      or have both a pre-transmission and post-transmission report available for viewing
