We use Business Rules during our regular mail batch entry to prompt us how to code the gift. Unfortunately, the majority of our gifts come in online from NetCommunity and Business Rules do not apply. We then have to run a series of queries daily and do a lot of global changes or imports to make sure they get the correct codes. Allowing some kind of shortcut prompt in NC would help a lot.
