I would like to start out with the face that Raiser's Edge is only a desktop based application and it takes a good amount to roll out the updates. My idea for Raiser's Edge is to have a web based version, that is still hosted locally, but you would be able to access the application through a web browser such as Internet Explorer. More and more applications are starting to go this way. A web browser based application makes it easier for the IT department to maintain and easier for user's to access the program. Thanks.
