I haven't been using Mail - Reminders for the multi-year pledge reminders because I haven't been successful in capturing more than one person, when in reality I have over 15. I can use the same exact query that I try with the Mail feature and get everyone in an Export, it just takes twice as long. So I can see a use for having a Past Due criteria to pull. There's a Past Due Report, why not a Past Due field?
