Add a Link to Open Query in Export and Report (and other areas where query is used)

When in reports, export, etc. it would be nice to be able to open the query directly by clicking on the name of the query next to the "include" button. Basically, make the name of the query a link to open the query.

Right now, we have to go to query, find the query, and open the query.

    If you click on the include button, search for the query, once you find it, click on the edit button on the right of the query search window. This allows you to edit the query on the fly and go right back to the export
