For some reason the Cities & Suburb fields for New Zealand are a drop down fields which have to be pre-populated. I am not sure why there is this exception for NZ when all other countries don't have this.

In any case it is a good idea, BUT please provide a list of ALL the official Cities and Suburbs and ideally prepopulate them when shipping out your next patch or update. This way all those who have NZ customers don't have to sit for hours to 1. find all city & suburb names and then 2. manually type them all in on-by-one.
