This has really been a thorn since upgrading to 7.96. Right now, our solution for cleaning up phone numbers is to export all phone import ID's then do a vlookup in excel to match them to a disconnected phone number we get from an external source and re-import the information with the new updated phone type. Adding a Phone Import ID as part of the query will be a life saver.
Agreed - I tried to do a clean up on phone numbers and needed to Export out of query to get a list with each phone number on a separate row. Instead, I had to Export from Export and then manipulate the file. If Phone Import ID was an available field in Query, it would have saved me a ton of time.
Query fields and export fields should match. We shouldn't have to perform one or the other just because a field is missing in query. I have noticed (of course, I can't remember which were not available now) that there are many times I cannot find a field in query.
Yes!!! This would make phone cleanup and review so much faster. We have an AddrImpID why not a PhoneImpID???
Agree !!! Having an Import ID available for each Phone-Type from the Query is so much more helpful than getting it from the Export...
