Preview letter type from batch so that I can make an "on the fly" determination of which of our 200 letters is most appropriate. This would be the most useful aspect of an overall improvement for how RE stores word docs. Accessing, editing, previewing (to see if you uploaded that most recent change your boss wanted in it) are all somewhat inconvenient actions to perform.
