1. Access to the BBPS interface which Blackbaud staff use to see the progress of batches sent to BBPS. We've frequently been sent screen shots via BB support staff, showing the problems we've been having with some batch transmissions. It would be very handy to have access to this interface directly.

2. Bulk refund facility via RE/BBPS: If we realise that we have incorrectly debited some supporters' accounts the only process we have for refunding them is to process them one at a time through the IP Payments interface, which is very tedious for any more than a handful. We had to spend over five hours refunding an incorrect batch recently, one record at a time. It would be wonderful if we could create a query of gifts in RE, or upload a text file to BBPS, asking for refunds on the specified transactions.
