Add the Pay Method "Money Order"

Money Orders are a common enough type of gift where recording them as a check or as "Other" can create confusion.

      I'd like to see Wire Transfer, Payroll Deduction, and Cash Transfer added.

      Also Wire Transfer would be GREAT as well. I tried to find the pay method table in config, but could not find it.

      I don't think you can edit this table in config.

      We use "check" for money orders and call it a day.
