provide mail option to send pre-payment notification to annual/quarterly EFT donors

Would like to have option in reminders to generate notifications to donors of upcoming charges when they are paying by credit card or direct debit. This would be for annual, semi-annual, quarterly donors. Need field option of payment method available to identify them in export.

Ideally it would be nice to have separate option of 'send pre-notification' option on gift record as don't want to mark 'send reminders' option and have them accidentally sent bill.

Might be able to do with a conditional merge if they are not marked for consolidated receipts. Would just be so much cleaner to have as separate option.

    Add to that an email reminder to me each time to initiate the EFT charges, and I'd vote for this 100 times! Or better yet, have RE/EFT/OLX/BBMS run these charges automatically...after sending the reminder notification to the donors. And have the donor able to set up an account where they can change (increase!) their recurring gift without having to call and ask us to do it.
