Give donors the option of signing up for a pledge or recurring gift today that does not begin until a future date.

Example: Today is 1/1/15 and our Online Express gifts process on the 15th of every month. Jim wants to submit a pledge but doesn't want his monthly gift to start until March.

Currently, Jim must wait until after February 15 to sign up for his gift to begin in March. It seems Raiser's Edge already has the capability to enter gifts with a "starting on" date that is any number of days in advance of the present date, but this functionality isn't tied in with Online Express.
