Add "SMS" an an option on the Pay Method drop-down

With the increasing use of Premium SMS as a payment method, it would be useful to have "SMS" as a pay method option along with cheque, cash, direct debit etc.

    Definitely - and perhaps we should be able to add more methods too, though this is trickier as the fields that appear for each option would have to be configured too; perhaps they could default to the fields that appear with Other. OR - perhaps the Other option could have an additional field where a user-configured table could list different types of "Other", such as SMS.
