I'd like to be able to share dashboards with selected individuals in my organization instead of entire security groups

We often need a list on all constituents who have any one of their valid addresses in a particular state. While I can query to get the list of who, to produce the list of names with addresses in that state, it takes a lot of cleanup of an export.
